MY RESULTS:

French Legion of HONOR Ceremony

Numbers don’t lie…

The month of March generated some of the best numbers we had seen in months for the Philadelphia Veterans Day Parade. Being an annual event, it’s hard for the organization to gain any traction during the slow season further from the parade, but the coverage I had secured for this ceremony, the 13 different placements of broadcast and media coverage reached almost 5 million people, and more than an estimated$50,000 in ad value equivalency.

It all started with a media alert…

In March of 2024, the Grand Marshal of the Philadelphia Veterans Day parade was being awarded the highest award in the French government for his outstanding service in WWII. With the Philadelphia Veteran’s Day Parade being a client, we were tasked with publicizing the event. This ceremony was no small feat, and we had not just wanted to get placements, but coverage of the ceremony itself.

I secured the biggest names in Philly…

Not just through written placements, but broadcast stations came out on scene to witness and report the momentous event. CBS3, PHL17, FOX29, 6abc, The Inquirer, and Philly Voice are just a few names of the outlets I was able to contact and get to cover the event.
